As per usual our girls footballers put in an excellent display today at the Exeter City FC Tournament. 18 teams from across the county were invited along and THS started well making it out of their group comfortably beating Maynard School, Teign school & Isca Academy.
Progressing to the cup quarter finals, they beat QE in a close game on penalties, Olivia W the star of the show in goal saving the shots as well as scoring her penalty.
We faced Cullompton CC in the semi finals and with the game tied 1-1 ex student Jess W changed the game scoring two quick goals and ending our tournament. Cullompton went onto win the final.
