Friendly football against Uffculme for year 7s

In what was a fantastic turnout, the Yr 7 teams started off their THS footballing journey on Monday with a couple of friendly matches against Uffculme.

In an evening where results were not the priority, instead the focus being on engagement, participation and enjoyment, it was great to see 28 students representing the school – all getting equal playing time and enjoying their time together. There was plenty of skill and effort on display and hopefully they can build on this over the coming weeks and months. Well done all.
