The end of the school year at Tiverton High School is always bright and colourful thanks to Dress As You Dare Day.
The event has become a mainstay in the school calendar since 2008, and has become a special way to celebrate the end of the Year 11 examination period, as the students prepare to move on to the next stage in their lives. This year the final year students managed to dodge heavy rain and paraded around the school grounds in a range of eclectic costumes to the excitement of all, before attending a special leavers’ assembly.
This year’s creative costumes included Scooby Doo, Star Wars characters, Marvel superheroes, dinosaurs as well as Willy Wonka and his many Oompa Loompas. Take a look for yourself.
