Letter regarding non-uniform days

This letter has been shared with parents/carers on 10th July:

Dear parents and carers

This Friday (14th July) will be a non-uniform day, where we will be raising money for Interact and Kenya 2024. Students can wear their own clothes and make a donation of a £1.00 to their tutor.

Dress code for the day is in-line with our normal expectations for non-uniform days i.e.

  • No abusive or offensive logos/branding on clothing
  • No cleavages/midriffs visible – no low cut or cropped tops.
  • No halter neck or strappy tops
  • No underwear to be visible

You may or may not be aware that we are setting up a second-hand uniform shop, with an actual shop being built in reception over the summer holidays. If any students have some uniform that they know will no longer fit them in September, we would welcome them bringing it in on Friday this week and handing it to their tutors.

We already have a good range of jackets, trousers and some PE kit if parents want to come and take a look.
